Evtech Property Management, LLC takes action to eliminate the cause of non-conformities in order to prevent recurrence. Corrective actions are appropriate to the effects of the non-conformities encountered.

1. Reviewing nonconformities (including Residents complaints).

2. Determining the causes of nonconformities through a "Root Cause Analysis" procedure.

3. Evaluating the need for action to ensure that non-conformities do not recur.

4. Determining and implementing the action needed.

5. Records of the results of action taken.

6. Reviewing corrective action taken.
